The Falcon organization was established in 1996 by Ben Kern aka Coach Ben, whose original mission was to give back to the community through his involvement with the Falcon “Dirty Birds” organization provides a great opportunity to give children the same intensity, passion and discipline that Coach Ben  grew up playing as a graduate of Bradley Tech High School in Milwaukee, WI.

Coach Ben has transformed The Milwaukee Youth Falcons into a powerhouse organization. The Falcons have won fifteen plus championships on all three levels and have been proven to be a championship caliber organization beyond the game of football. Coaches and parent coordinators challenge every youth within the organization to become disciplined in their academics, become scholars, discover their leadership and teamwork skills that will transition them into productive human beings willing to contribute time, energy into their own community.

Recently Coach Ben has passed the torch of the organization to his son Evan Kern, a Marquette High School graduate, three sport athlete, graduate of Texas Christian University (TCU) and former Cornerback of the TCU football team in Forth Worth, TX. “Everything I have learned as a “Dirty Bird” has helped me accomplish many of my goals in life, including competing at the college level. I thought it was just football but I was learning life lessons.” – Evan Kern
